Project Description in Audit

I've been selected for audit for my PMP exam and while checking the provided experience verification forms I noticed that there is a section called "Project Description" and it is having the information what I believe I filled as "Project Related Tasks' descriptions" like Create WBS, Project Schedule etc... (I used the experience verification worksheet from PrepCast then I copy pasted to the online application)
So will this be acceptable or they will request more information? especially since for most of the project the tasks' lists are identical, please advise
