I could see a situation where you have a "main" project with a charter and this main project consists of several subprojects where each has its own charter.

Other than that... I don't really see it.

Why do you ask?

thank you sir
now why i was thinking?
if i was working on project.charter defined.
during planning i feel that certain deliverables can also be
result of this project.
i may ask sponsor and we add it in our project.
but these deliveralbes were in included in our intial charter.
so what i have to do.
update and revise project charter?
