I've just responded personally to your ticket. I am, however, very concerned that my support team did not respond to your open tickets and will deal with this internally.

The instructions to take the exam are part of Prepcast instruction. I do not think we have a separate user-id / pwd for this.

I've completed the Prepcast and am trying to take the exam, but I have not received a username and password. I've been sending emails to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. all week and have created tickets on PMHelpdesk, but still have not received a reply.

Does anyone have a telephone number on which I can reach PM Prepcast support regarding the final exam?
