It sounds to me that the 9 deliverables had to be developed towards the same end: in support of the same CRM tool.
So I would opt to enter this as 1 project.
This approach also makes it easier for you, because you only have to enter all the "general" project information (sponsor, goals, etc) once into the application.
I have a question about entering my experience for the PMP exam application. I have one year where I managed the ongoing development of a CRM system - alignment with business process, integration with other systems etc. There were 9 different deliverables. Do I enter these as 9 projects or as 1 project?
