Sonia,

The PM PrepCast Simulator includes updated questions and question formats aligned with the new exam, including longer case-study scenarios and questions covering AI and adaptive/hybrid approaches. You can see examples of the different question types here: www.pm-exam-simulator.com/features/realistic-questions .

We’ve checked and confirmed that this updated content is included with your access. To verify that you are seeing it, we suggest opening Exam 1. You do not need to answer the questions, so this should not affect your simulator statistics. The first question in Exam 1 should be the first in a series of questions based on the same longer case-study scenario. From there, simply click Next to review the questions. As you progress through the exam, you should encounter the different question formats as well as questions covering AI and adaptive/hybrid approaches.

If you still do not see the updated content or need further assistance, please contact our support team directly using this link: www.pmhelpdesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . One of our support agents will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

HI, I am practicing with exam prep simulator for the new exam, but I do not see questions about Ai, or long questions with new scenarios... It seems more or less as the previous one... Are you seeing the difference?

Tech PM here. The updated exam has case study sets and graphic-based questions. My current PrepCast simulator already covers these new formats, which is great.

But here's my question: for those who've already passed, did you find the simulator question formats matched the real exam experience closely enough? Or were there surprises on test day that you wish you'd practiced more?

I don't want to assume my prep is enough just because the platform says it's "2026 ready." Would love to hear what actually worked for people who've been through it.
