Eight years in healthcare IT project management. Took the new format yesterday and passed. But there were definitely things that caught me off guard.

First, the case study questions are real. I had multiple scenarios with 2 to 4 questions tied to each one. You really need to read carefully the first time because you can't go back once you move to the next question.

The graphic-based questions weren't as bad as I feared. One was a burndown chart, another was a risk matrix. But the overall reading load felt heavier than I expected.

The Business Environment questions were everywhere. Lots of strategy and compliance stuff that I didn't prepare enough for. That 26 percent weighting is definitely noticeable.

For those still prepping: don't just drill multiple choice. Practice interpreting dashboards and reading longer scenarios. And seriously, Business Environment is way more important now.
