TOPIC: Submitted PDU claim- Need more info

I have just submitted, PDU claims and got following comment:

Specifically, we need information for the following reason:
22 Mar 2026 02:54 AM: (SYSTEM) - The amount of PDUs claimed require verification. Please provide documentation verifying the hours spent in this activity or the credits advertised. Note: PMI does not accept entire diploma/degree programs or multiple activities/courses submitted under the same claim for PDUs. Each activity/course should be submitted separately.
How to respond?

If it was a paid course, upload a receipt for the course or an email confirmation. If it's a podcast write a few lines of notes on what you learned.

If it's a book that has a audiobook associated with it, I put in the audiobook length as proof of the time spent.
