Hi Corneluis,

I have an special case which I would like to share with you:

The contract is signed by my organisation today, in fact this document will be an input of our project charter. But the customer is already making pression to start delivering some of the equipments.

Based on the PMBOK, we must start our processes to define the scope, schedule and costs in order to set a baseline with our stakeholders. But the time between the singature of the contract and the issue of the PMP (with the performance baseline) is not defined in the schedule to be approved.

So, we have to hurry on this processes in order to issue the PMP asap (before delivering those equipments the customer is requesting, that might be not well defined).

Hope I've explain well the situation.

I will thank very much your comments on this.

Best Regards.
Daniel Rodríguez Hernández
