TOPIC: Premium quizzes and premium exams on simulator

we have two options on exam simulator that premium quizzes where we select how many question we need to practice with and which kind of. another one is premium exam, which I believe are full practice exams.
I am doing premium quizzes with 40 questions and able to score about 70%. when I should think to start doing premium exams. is there any relation with premium quizzes result.
