For technical support I'd contact the support team, as the moderators here on the forum won't be able to advise you on this. My own (non-technical) thoughts are maybe there's something in your browser blocking cookies so the re-authentication has to happen every time?

Just a quick note from my side... our exam simulator is NOT set up to use captcha. (At least, in the 6 years we've had it, I have never seen it).

So if there is a captcha, then this may come from somewhere else. (Browser, firewall, something else?)
