In the 2017 Scrum Guide, I only found a Sprint Review. In the mock tests there was an answer calling it a iteration review.

What's the difference?

Hi Sharon,

in short: there is no difference.

Why: "Sprint" is just another term for iteration, while Sprint is used in the SCRUM approach and "Iteration" is a more general term in the agile world.
Both mean the same.

Regards,

Markus
