Typical steps to be followed for Change Request

1. Requirement owner send an official Change Request
2. PM do the impact analysis before sending to CCB
3. CCB review and decide on the CR
4. PM review changes and update the Requirement owner
5. If Requirement owner is satisfied with CCB decision , than proceed to CR implementation
6. If Requirement Owner is not satisfied and disagree, he need to send a formal objection to CCB via PM

Only CR that impact Project Baselines, Project Direction and Project Benefits are taken to CCB.

Hope this would be a help

Hi.
*if one stakeholder request some changes to the project; first thing to do should be:
# 2 Assess the impact and after that submit a change request
*After the approval of change request, first thing to be:
# 2 communicate the change to stakeholders
if the requested changes do not impact the baselines, should the project manager implemented without issuing formal change request?
# Short answer is No. All changes should follow the formal change request process.

I hope that helps.

*if one stakeholder request some changes to the project; first thing to do should be:
1- submit change request, or
2- assess the impact and after that submit change request?
*also, after the approval of change request, first thing to be:
1- implement the change, or
2-communicate the change to stakeholders, or
3-update the affected baselines?
*last question, if the requested changes do not impact the baselines, should the project manager implemented without issuing formal change request?

your response is appreciated
