Nearly all the questions where situational questions and you have to be good at eliminating options in most cases.

I watched the video, then red the PMI Agile Practice Guide (quick read), and then read and studied from the PMI-ACP Exam Prep by Mike Griffiths. I probably over studied a bit but I know the material well now.
