I heard the words pilot project in the Audio (interview) what does it mean?

There is no such thing as a pilot project, however, if you heard it -provide the exact reference and context it was delivered. Usually project pilot could easily be construed as a proof of concept or prototype that are subsets of the overall project tools and technique concepts.

Thx, yes "agile pilot project" is an applicable agile project methodology/terminology and simply explorers the criteria or questions towards the selection of a project. for example, questions that should be asked is whether the project selected should go through all stages of development such as initiation, discovery, concept, design, analysis, development, testing and implementation. This gives participants a broader perspective of how Agile works from the beginning of the project to the end of a project.
