I jessica st bought the exam simulator, but even if it has been invoiced on my credit card I do not have any access. I opened two tickets to the support, they pretended to solve it but even if told them it is still not working nothing happened. I need to find a solution today or I want my money back.

I also have a similar situation. Purchased the simulator today and on accessing the site gets the message "You have no access to this exam". Send email to the HD but they work only Weekdays, so will have to wait until Monday.
I also would have preferred to have this during the weekend so I can practice. Anyway waiting with ticket.
