I'm taking several practice exams to augment Prepcast, and several of them like to throw in out the Monte Carlo simulation as a term for estimation. I have not run into the term in the prepcast yet (doesn't mean it's not there-just haven't hit it yet).

Could you take a brief second and discuss the relationship between 3-point or PERT estimation and how it is more Agile to use Monte Carlo estimation? How would you actually do a Monte Carlo estimate on an agile project?
