TOPIC: What happens with exam if system check fails on exam day?

Dear All,
Is there any experience or advise that if system check fails on exam day due to not stable internet connections, however it was tested okay before exam day, what happens with exam? I mean do I lose my first trial or exam is just cancelled?

Dear Sukhbuyan,

Specifically your question is for PearsonVue and PMI. I suspect (though I am not sure) that if you connection become unstable during the exam, PearsonVue will stop the exam and it will count as a failure.

I strongly recommend that you go to a testing center for the exam to help avoid the situation all together.
