Saleem,

In order to earn your PDUs you have to

1) Watch at least 35 hours of the lessons.
2) Take the final exam to show that you have learned what we were teaching (PMI requiremement)
3) Receive/print your certificate (automatically displayed on screen after you pass the final exam in the previous step)
4) Claim your PDUs from PMI on the CCRS website.

There is no time limit. You can take the Final Exam whenever you like, but you must follow the above steps (all of them) before claiming.

Hi,

I registered for The PM PrepCast (For PMBOK Guide 5th Edition) back in December 2014 however I did not take the exam nor did I listened to the lectures or took the test to earn the PDUs required to appear in PMP exam.

My log in is still valid and I can still download resources.

MY question is, is there an expiry? or I can earn my PDUs by writing your exam at anytime as long as there is no new edition of PMBok by PMI.

Hello Preet,

(1) The good new is that you do NOT need to take the PMI-ACP exam in order to claim PDUs for participating in The Agile PrepCast. However, you have to take The Agile PrepCast Final Exam. Please open The Student Workbook PDF Document (See lesson "L00.10 Agile PrepCast Student Workbook") and you will find the information about how to take the exam on page 6.

(2) You can find this information in the Student Workbook on page 8 and when you pass your Final Exam then you will also receive a certificate for your PDUs that contains this information.

You do need to finish the course first. Is that what you are asking?

Hi,

I currently have a PMP certification which expires on December 2nd.I'm currently doing the Agile prepcast course for which I plan to claim 37 PDU's once I finish the course. Do I have to take the exam to claim the PDU's?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
