The Sprint Review Meeting is a product-centric meeting held at the end of each sprint where the development team demonstrates the functionality they have completed during the sprint, asks for feedback, and seeks the acceptance of this functionality by the Product Owner.

Correct Answer to Q#46: C

Face-to-face communication is the verbal exchange of information by senders and receivers in real time and is considered the most effective form of communication in both Agile Project Management and Traditional Project Management. Collocation helps make Face-to-Face Communication a reality for an Agile project team.

Correct Answer to Q#47: C

Answer and Explanations:

Answer A: Incorrect. While "working software over comprehensive documentation" is one of the four values of the Agile Manifesto, the Agile Manifesto does not indicate working software as the highest priority.

Answer B: Incorrect. "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools" is a value of the Agile Manifesto, but it is not the top priority.

Answer C: Correct. This answer choice most closely resembles the highest priority according to the Agile Manifesto which states, "Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software."

Answer D: Incorrect. "Responding to change over following a plan" is one of the four values of the Agile Manifesto. However, the Agile Manifesto does not specify responding to change as the top priority.

A. Add more features for the team to develop so they can deliver more value
B. Let the team work and answer any questions that might arise during this sprint
C. Shield the team from interruptions and facilitate discussions for the team members
D. Extend the sprint's length if it appears the team cannot complete the work on time

Correct Answer to Q#48: B

Answer and Explanations:

Answer A: Incorrect. Adding more work for the team to complete within the sprint violates the implied agreement between the development team and the product owner.

Answer B: Correct. Letting the team work and answering any questions that might arise during the sprint reflects the commitment that the developers and the product owner have made.

Answer C: Incorrect. Shielding the team from interruptions and facilitating team discussions is among the responsibilities of the scrum master, not the product owner.

Answer D: Incorrect. Sprint length is set at the beginning of the project and typically does not change. Any work items that cannot be completed by the team during the sprint should be returned to the product backlog and rescheduled for the upcoming sprints.

Correct Answer to Q#49: C

This is a tricky question! Although each of these seems correct, one answer has been changed a bit from the actual words used in the Agile Manifesto.
Answers "A", "B" & "D" are from the Agile Manifesto word for word. The actual words used in the Agile Manifesto for answer "C" are Customer "collaboration" over contract negotiation, rather than Customer "communication" over contract negotiation, and this is why "C" is the correct answer to this question.

It is very important that you study and fully understand these Agile Manifesto values word for word because they help form the foundation of all Agile Project Management activities.

On average through the course of all the sprints, some amount of time allocated for unplanned events (such as team taking time off) needs to be included as a safety in the team’s estimates.

Correct Answer to Q#55: D

Answer and Explanations:

Answer A: Incorrect. Real time, which is sometimes called real days or actual days, refers to the actual time during each day that the team members are available and are productively working on specific agile project tasks. Real time takes into account the reality that the team will not be productive 100% of the time.

Answer B: Incorrect. Relative size is the recommended 'sizing unit' to use for requirements size estimation on an agile project. This sizing unit allows for the estimation of the 'level of effort' a user story will take to complete, relative to the other user stories that will be performed on an agile project. The question describes a different method of estimating the level of effort.

Answer C: Incorrect. ‘Ideal size’ is a made up term and not a recognized sizing unit for estimating the level effort required to complete a task necessary to complete a user story.

Answer D: Correct. Ideal time is where the assumption is made that the agile project team members will have no interruptions in their work, such as checking email or attending meetings and will be 100% productive every hour of every day.

Correct Answer to Q#58: B

A prototype is an original type, form, or instance of a product to explore the basic size, look and feel of a product without simulating the detailed functionality of the product. A prototype can be used to demonstrate the product increment and gather feedback from the stakeholders, making this choice the best answer to the question asked.

Correct Answer to Q#59: D

The four basic activities of XP that are performed during the software development process are:
1) Listening to the customer to determine what they want and also to your fellow development team members.
2) Designing the code based on your team's understanding of the requirements resulting from Listening to the customer and your team.
3) Coding because the end product of the development effort is based on programming the code.
4) Testing the code that has been programmed to deliver the highest quality code as close to bug-free as feasible.
