In short: No.

Somewhat longer: The description at the top of the column (on-mouse-hover) in the lesson spreadsheet is as follows: "Should you study this lesson in preparation for your Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam? "Yes" means definitely study. "Optional" means that you do not have to, but it will also not hurt. For CAPM we recommend watching all lessons of the Type "Foundation" and "Core"."
