"Determine a communications timeline"
-For regular communications

Is that an actual schedule on when exactly communications will happen?
Eg: By giving precise dates March 1 2019, April 1 2019, May 1 2019 etc...

Can that "schedule" be part of the Stakeholder Management Plan?

Or there's no such things as schedule in either Communications and Stakeholders Management?
