I’ve been running a local restaurant chain with three locations but I’m now exploring the CAPM to get into a more formal or office set-up.

I don’t have a leadership or corporate PM background, so I need a beginner-friendly course that explains concepts clearly and avoids jargon. There are a lot of options online, and I’m not sure what’s actually worth the time and cost.

Any course recommendations for someone starting from scratch?
