TOPIC: Is the CAPM Exam worth it for managers in the more creative industries?

Hey everyone, I'm a manager for several local artists, and I'm looking for ways to better lead them in their careers. While experience is invaluable, I’ve been considering the CAPM to sharpen my skills. However, I’m unsure if it’s truly effective for creatives or if it’s more suited for corporate project managers.

Has anyone here taken the CAPM and found it useful in the creative industry? Would you recommend it for someone managing artists?
