Dave is correct as i have recently verified each of the errata pages vs the 2nd printing for another forum. I would strongly suggest using the PMI download to have the most recent version (which today is still 2).
Note: This errata only applies to the first printing, so if the decreasing sequence of numbers on the bottom of your copyright page end with 2, then you have the second printing and the errata is already incorporated.
