I've been enjoying the PM Prepcast and I'm now on Section 5 - Project Scope Management.

I've recently run into some technical hurdles - I'm having an issue on my iPhone 3GS. I have hit two or three spots now where my iPhone will suddenly crash and reboot itself during playback. I noted some details on the most recent incident:

1. Episode E05.00 Project Scope Management Overview
2. Exact time of crash is repeatable at exactly 13:59 on the word "...Monday..."
3. I can view the episode on my iMac without any issues

As indicated, I can reproduce the crash each and every time I playback that episode at exactly the same place. The previous incidents seemed to do the same. I've tried holding the device upright vs. landscape, on battery vs. plugged into a charger, playback from the playlist vs. podcast menu. Same experience each time, hard crash and then the device takes a couple minutes to reboot (which is longer than a usual startup).

What could be causing these crashes? I have had no issues with my iPhone except for these 2-3 incidents while playing back the PM Prepcasts. It is not a jailbreak device and I'm stumped!

Solutions or even suggestions are welcome... I really need this to work on my device as I spend a lot of my week commuting and this has been working great otherwise!

Sorry for the delay of our response. Would you like to try the Low Resolution version of the PM PrepCast for it may work on your iPhone?

So far we have no idea about the cause of the crashing but it may be connected with the resolution which was also the problem with some clients.

Please email us at support@pmprepcast.com with your account name and email so we can change your account to a Low Resolution one.

It's been a while now since I've been using the low resolution version and all is going well. No crashes!
